Circa Revisited

Just to further prove my point about Circa in Northampton...

A birthday dinner with Beth added to my list of perfect meals. Behold: A warm brie crepe with swiss chard and toasted walnuts accompanied by a delicious glass of Pioneer Valley Vineyard's Tomato Wine. 


Followed by chevre ravioli with brown butter and walnuts and butternut squash.

And finally, an apple tart with cinnamon ice cream and a crepe filled with fresh cherries and chevre topped with an orange coulis. Killer.
