Healthy Breakfast: Day 4

Better late than never is today's mantra. I had a big cupcake order to finish early, so I started to fall back into my normal no-breakfast-just-coffee pattern. It's just what happens when I get busy- a habit that badly needs to be broken. But then I remembered how much better I've felt these past few days... less hungry later in the day, more energy, etc.

So here I am with a healthy breakfast, just eaten around lunchtime, for day 4... Better late then never!

Salad w yam & egg, apple & cheese, herbal tea & lemon
