Healthy Breakfast: Day 6

You know what the best part about this challenge is? I get excited about making really beautiful plates of food. The colors, composition, textures... I get so wrapped up in the visual that I forget about eating until suddenly I have a huge plate of food that is packed with healthy fruits and vegetables totally ready for consumption. WIN WIN!
