Healthy Breakfast: Day 8

Today I had a challenge to overcome... I had to grab something to eat on the go. I had an appointment at the gym and then an appointment at the hair salon... too many things to wait to make food at home!

Eating out can cause serious anxiety. Making the right choices feels scary when you don't have total control over everything going into your meal. I stopped into a little cafe today, read the menu carefully, and chose the most veggie-filled option available. My approach is always colorful, veggie/fruit-ful, and as many whole foods as possible.

You can do it! Don't be scared!
