Healthy Breakfast: Day 9

Another day, another great start! This was one of the most delicious breakfasts. The simple addition of roasted asparagus made my boring salad AWESOME.

Trim 1 bunch asparagus and spread out evenly on a baking sheet. Drizzle with 1 tsp olive oil and a healthy pinch of salt and pepper. Bake in oven at 450 degrees F for 8 minutes (taking out at minute 5 to shake the pan around a bit). VOILA: Perfectly roasted asparagus!

Salad w egg & asparagus. Yogurt w almond butter & berries. Herbal tea w lemon.
